Encouraging Men and Women in the United States Armed Forces, and their families, to love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ
Christian Military Fellowship (CMF) is an association of believers who are committed to encouraging Men and Women in the United States Armed Forces, and their families, to love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.  We are an indigenous ministry serving all elements of that society including all military services, all ranks, family members, civilian employees, all Christian denominations and traditions. Within the military society, our members, staff and constituents work to introduce people to Jesus Christ and help Christians to grow in faith.
Christian Military Fellowship is here to help the individual believer in the military learn how to flesh-out the tenets of their faith within the rigors of daily life.  We do this by providing a place for fellowship, community, resources and support for you as a Christian in the military so that you are not alone.
The fellowship extends beyond the service member to their families by providing resources to prepare for deployment and family separation. Our Christian Military Wives ministry works to hug those who watch and wait in practical ways as well as nurture families in their Christian faith.

The fellowship does not end when you leave the military. Christian Military Fellowship continues to provide through the transition to life after military service for our veterans and retirees.

We are members of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability and Christian Service Charities in order to maintain the highest standards of excellence and accountability.

Ministry to Camp Lejeune

Dick & Sue Price,
CMF Field Staff Representatives

Sue and I were raised in the heart of the Midwest, Indiana, and grew with the values instilled there. After our marriage, we attended a church which strongly supports missions and missionaries. On the closing evening of our annual Missions Conference, we asked God what He would have us do. Initially we were directed to minister with men and women who were all combat veterans ranging from World War II through and including Desert Storm and “minor” incursions not well known around the world. This ministry was closed to us after almost ten years as God asked us to move to Jacksonville, NC, and minister to young Marines and sailors at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

This ministry has evolved to:

•  Bible studies with those who are new in their faith or are just inquiring
•  Bible studies with young marines and their wives in our home
•  Weekly studies at the Chapel for those wanting to grow in their faith
•  One-on-one discipleship and mentoring to equip belivers to face the daily struggles of military liife
•  Personal mentoring for those returning from deployments as they endeavor to reajust to famliy life
•  Teaching essential life skills with emphasis on child rearing, home economics, bugeting, and money management

One of the most difficult but also the most rewarding aspects of this ministry is that we are often viewed as loving and wise grandparents, parents, mentors, or counselors meeting an unfulfilled need.  Developing trust and relationship reveals the real need — Christ.

Ministry to Puget Sound Sea Services

Coast Guard and Naval Forces and Their Families

Vic & Cindi Primeaux,
Director, Coast Guard Ministries

The ministry to the Coast Guard Forces and their families is challenging because they are highly dispersed geographically.  The United States Coast Guard, by design, is located at rather small installations all over the globe. The men and women of our Coast Guard serve from Pole to Pole and from Iraq to Alaska.   It is an ongoing challenge, but one served joyfully, to travel so far to encourage so many with compassion and the Good News! To help accomplish their mission and fulfill their ministry vision, Vic and Cindi Primeaux travel thousands of miles each year to disciple, encourage, and mentor those who compose our nation’s fifth armed force.   While based out of the western shore of Puget Sound in the great state of Washington, they truly do minister to Judea, Samaria and the uttermost parts of the world.

The regularly scheduled ministry activities they lead are:

•  Weekly Bible study at Coast Guard Base Seattle.
•  Weekly Bible study at Coast Guard 13th District Office in Seattle.
•  Weekly Bible study at Navy Submarine Base Bangor Brig.
•  Weekly staff visits to Coast Guard Cutters and support personnel to mentor and encourage.
•  Visits to the Coast Guard Port Angeles Command.
•  Visits to the Coast Guard Sector Columbia River Command.
•  Personal mentoring and Christian marriage enrichment counseling.

For over ten years this wonderful couple has been bringing Christ’s love to the military in the Great Northwest. In addition to their Coast Guard ministry, they also work with the sailors and their families who are also concentrated in the Puget Sound area.

Marriage and Family Ministry

Bob & Nancy Flynn
Bob & Nancy Flynn,
Marriage and Family Ministry

The moment a husband and wife stop serving each other out of a heart of love and union, and begin to serve from a sense of duty alone, the sweetness of the union is lost.

The marriage tie then becomes a  bondage, and things that were a joy before are turned into crosses.  Hanna Whithall Smith, The Christian's Secret to a Happy Life

Have you already made the journey through marriage counseling and failed to see any real change in your relationship?  Perhaps you are ready to chart a different course and find a way that really works!  Are you up for an adventure that explores the length and breadth of God's amazing love?  Are you willing to let Him heal your heart and your relationships?

Bob and Nancy spent twenty-three years in the United States Navy, then upon Bob's transfer to the Fleet Reserve, joined the CMF staff.  Bob also serves as the CMF President/CEO.

You may contact Bob to schedule a one-on-one video conference.
